550 Watkins is a 104-unit affordable housing development completed in 2010 on land owned by New York City HPD in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Developed in partnership with CPC Resources, the project reflects Nehemiah’s commitment to expanding high-quality housing in historically underserved communities. With a total development cost of approximately $25 million, the project was financed through public investment from New York City HPD and the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), ensuring lasting affordability and neighborhood stability.
