Transforming Brooklyn, One Community at a Time.

Nehemiah HDFC has carried forward a legacy of community-driven development across Brooklyn for more than three decades. Our projects are rooted in the belief that every family deserves access to safe, high-quality, and affordable housing — and that strong neighborhoods grow when long-standing residents have the opportunity to remain and thrive.

From East New York to Brownsville and beyond, Nehemiah continues to partner with faith-based institutions, local leaders, and public agencies to build homes, strengthen blocks, and create pathways to generational stability. Each project reflects our commitment to equity, thoughtful design, and sustainable development that honors the history and future of the communities we serve.
